1. About NVP and the Nature of the Services

NVP provides guided audio-visual experiences designed to support clarity, orientation, and personal alignment.

NVP is a wellbeing-adjacent, complementary experience.

NVP is not:

• a psychological or psychiatric service

• a therapeutic intervention

• a diagnostic tool

NVP does not claim to treat, cure, prevent, or diagnose any medical or mental health condition.

All experiences are offered for personal, voluntary use and are intended to complement, not replace, other forms of support.

2. Eligibility and Responsible Use

The Services are intended for adults aged 18 years and over.

By using NVP, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old

• you are legally able to enter into these Terms

You agree to engage with the Services in a way that feels supportive for you and to discontinue use if the experience no longer feels appropriate.

3. Health, Wellbeing, and Safety Disclaimer

NVP experiences may involve immersive visual and audio content, including personalised imagery and sound.

NVP is not recommended for individuals who:

• have epilepsy or sensitivity to flashing or immersive visual stimuli

• have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder or other conditions where immersive self-representation may be destabilising

• are experiencing acute psychological distress

• are seeking a single solution in place of professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic support
  
  

If you are unsure whether NVP is appropriate for you, you are encouraged to seek advice from a qualified professional before using the Services.

By using NVP, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own discretion.

4. Global Availability and Local Responsibility

NVP is offered for global use.

You access and use the Services at your own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with any applicable local laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to override mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence.

5. Personal Data and Privacy

NVP collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and related European Union privacy standards.

You grant NVP a limited, secure, and confidential licence to use this content solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your personalised experience.

NVP will not use your images, videos, or personal content for marketing, promotional, or external purposes without your explicit additional consent.

7. Storage, Security, and Data Retention

NVP takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and user-provided content.

However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security. By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to:

• deliver your purchased experience

• maintain access to your content

8. App Use and Features

NVP experiences are delivered through the NVP app to provide a contained and consistent environment.

App access may include:

• playback of your personalised experience

• optional notifications

Some app features may require a paid subscription. Subscription features are optional and are designed to support integration, not dependence.

NVP reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue app features to maintain quality, security, or compliance.

9. Payments, Purchases, and Refunds

NVP Services involve the creation of bespoke digital content.

Once creation of a personalised experience has begun:

• purchases are generally non-refundable

• refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
  
  

NVP reserves the right to:

• refuse service

• cancel an order

• issue a refund
  
  

including where readiness criteria are not met or where providing the service would not be appropriate.

10. Phase 3 Additional Conditions

Phase 3 experiences involve deeper immersion and require an additional readiness process.

Approval for Phase 3:

• is not a medical or psychological clearance

• does not constitute professional advice
  
  

NVP reserves the right to:

• require a readiness review or consultation

• decline to provide a Phase 3 experience

• recommend alternative support
  
  

These measures exist to protect user wellbeing and the integrity of the Services.

11. Intellectual Property

All NVP content, including but not limited to:

• audio scripts

• videos

• visual sequences

• app design

• written materials
  
  

is the intellectual property of NVP or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• NVP makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or results

• NVP is not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from use of the Services

• use of the Services is at your own discretion and responsibility
  
  

NVP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Estonia.

NVP reserves the right to update the governing law and jurisdiction if the company’s place of registration changes. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

NVP may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be made available through the website or app. Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
